Well, if you would do your homework instead of ranting you would have noticed a few things:
1. Androizic works fine with OZFX3 maps
2. I supply maps in that format and it is used by many people on Android and CE devices
3. Noone cares if Ozi changes the format again

The new format is to improve the handling of big files and multiple maps, called seamless maps - available to try for a few years using the beta on the Ozi website.
If you can't use OZFX3 maps than it simply means you use the encrypted OZFX3 format - which of course is only supported by Ozi products.
Using older versions of the Ozi tools unprotected OZFX3 maps can be created.
By the way: all third party maps meant to be used with Ozi compatible mapping programs use the unprotected format.
Of course products meant for Ozi Explorer only quite often use the protected OFZX3 format, especially when it comes to topo or marine maps.
