You can not use Garmin Topo maps in Ozi, they are vector based and Ozi only uses raster maps.
You can combine a normal map with elevation data in Ozi3d or use programs like Global Mapper to add a layer with topo info.
IMHO the best option is to get a proper paper map with all the info you need and to convert it using a scanner ond OZI.

limited and less than elegant:
Take a screenshot of the Garmin map and georeference it in Ozi.
You can add four waypoints to help in georeferencing.
For limited areas/daytrips this is better than getting lost.

Hi, I will share my TOPO map of Latvia, been using it for 4x4 offroad.
This is updated map version which includes new data from “Latvia’s State Forests” (LVM)
and in this version there is no more incomplete/blank spaces that are found in previos map version "LVkarteV3"
Map Scale: 1:10000
Map Format: OZF4
Size(GB): 7,67GB (*because of "OZF4" format, it runs fast, even in my SamsungS5mini)
