No such. Consumer grade gps, I suppose meaning code receivers, 3m accuracy (currently). For sub meter accuracy you need phase receiver - leica or trimble (or chc, but I don't know them. I suppose there are other Chinese companies too.).
I have worked with zeno 20 and trimble R8. Fairly easy to work with them with an RTK corrections. Doubt you need post processing (coordinates not in real time received after data is post processed) but everything depends on your task and the filed you are working on. They are not so affordable. And you need to pass some instruction I suppose on how to work with them.
