Limited APK
Not managed to get this working for UK so after a quick google i found a site that explains that this is a DACH version which will only work for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
So..... if you dont live in one of the places i have mentioned you will have to wait a bit longer for another apk which works.
(My UK Maps showed up as locked and there is no option to unlock them) :-(

Ndrive app is also available from android market for free. Only the maps have to be bought. India map is around 25 Euros...Guys u have given the download links, but please suggest detailed procedure for loading the map onto the phone...im using a galaxy 3 updated to froyo..

Both files were downloaded, but the password: 4ndrive is not accepted and the file cannot be opened. Please give the correct password and registration id (if required) for installation.
