Navitel 9.9 still "sick"

Anyone have an idea why are the 9.9 versions still not "healed"? It's already at 203 version but still no news of any healing... did they employ some new encription? Just curious...

Activated version with Navitel Navigator key v9.9.449 for Android (I found it on internet, not tested)

Setup Order:
The version is made in such a way that Navitel thinks that it is installed on the Samsung and is activated for a year.

1. Before installing, you must uninstall the previous version , go to the NavitelContent folder and delete the License folder
2. Install version 9.9.408 from the archive, run it, agree to a license and make sure that the cards are picked up.

You can install a new version directly from the Play Store, the license is picked up automatically.
