I do not know why but I can put up on your cell phone and tablet android for years, but this latest version when you put the new maps folder or device, see the keyboard's nothing I can key in as it is not active and really do not understand how if anyone knows what the problem is I would ask you to help me, greetings and thanks in advance.

Nothing to do. Croatia don't work with current apks. You can test with apk in post 4 and one of working maps of post 2.
