Do not update. Make clean install.
Remove navitel, find and delete "NavitelContent" folder from internal and external memory (if you have), reboot the device.
Install from the begin, latest version without maps, run one time and exit. With a file manager find maps folder inside "NavitelContent" folder and copy the map you need, also with the file earth20150228.nm7 As you can see this file has a date name and the map must have the same version Q1 2015. Run again.
With this procedure into my devices, everything works OK

Maybe Colombia map is not very common or even new.. it doesnt works!
