If you were able to view the map on screen before updating, you do not need any code.
I don't know what your software version of your GARMIN PID is!
I don't know which package you downloaded, but you have the full package for GARMIN PID in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
Checking the whole package, I see that sat_world.nfs is missing, it is required for some of the GARMIN PID versions.
Here I leave it attached(Add sat_world.nfs to "MAP" Folder):
