You must connect device to PC, search Navigon folder and in Map subfolder copy map files and nfs files.

I do have a small question as well, I heard Navigon are no longer updating their own units, but will new maps come out for the Garmin version? Thanks !

Got a Garmin Navigon Seat PID V2 with 7.16.9 software and Q42013 maps. With Garmin Fresh no updating. Can i use this maps to update device? Are they compatible? Or should i try with Navigon Fresh software instead? Thank you

Give this a try:
Make a full backup of the current configuration.
Replace the old files in the folder map with the simulair new ones. (post #11)
Go again to the folder map and rename the file Mapdrawer.nfs to Mapdrawer_Seat.nfs

Is the files only for the navigon model, or also the Garmin model for the VW UP? I dont have the folder called DATA on my GARMIN device, only poi and map
