Probably yes.
It works on Navigon 40 easy so why not on Navigon 20 Easy?

Give it a try.
Just backup your Navigon/Map folder with old maps to your pc.
Then empty Folder Map on your device (the one you just backed up)
Go to folder with new maps and select all .nfs files and .map files from the countries of your need.
Copy all the selected files to your device in folder Navigon/Map (which you just have emtied)
Restart device and look if your new maps are showing up.
