Actually none of this is needed if your phone is rooted. Simply install the navigon_inapps.apk and copy the terrain_eu.nfs to sdextcard/Android/data/com.navigon.navigator_checkout_eu40/Navigon/data

I unistalled my old one - installen directly in - do i still ahve to move the terrain eu.nfs ? and from where ? or will it work when i installed the inapps ?

I think this Thread should be splitted up - its getting confusing one is talking about the patched and one is talking about the inapps
