This is the same as doing a factory reset. Next time you start then you go through the initial setup.

You still need to add maps and tailor the XML to represent the file location

Which I did, I replaced all instances of DataFlash with SDMMC at first until I realised the path was STORAGE CARD1 but after changing it to that it still did not work out
