Is it M300 (without SD) or Moov 300 (with SD)?

OK, here is the thing. I can only provide you an unlock (alternate navigation - iGO Primo) which will replace factory installed and practically unusable Mio navigation. Any 1:1 backup from the same device will not work for you as you may think because original licenses are tied to device ID and every Mio device has it's own. So the best overall solution is always alternate navigation with propper configuration.

    here it is
    Spoiler:
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links

    instructions:
    1. unrarar and gor o folder M300+Primo and copy all files and folders to your Mio
    2. unplug it from USB and let the magic happen.
    3. add Maps from your choice (you can find lastest version in iGO section) and you are good to go. All is already configured to work on this speciffic Mio.

Enjoy. If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask.

Thank you! in the meantime, I made an even bigger problem ... I downloaded an iBoot.exe file, saved it to a flash drive and now the device is stuck in the wince and does not react at all to the connection from the PC. when i try to delete that iboot file in wince it says it's not possible ...

It's not possible to remove it, because it's "in use"..You need to run task manager and force stop iBoot.exe process. Than you will able to delete it. I think.
