To early for panic. Try this unlock script first. It's initiated form SD card on the boot process. It may save you.

extract and copy all 3 folders (Progs, slide, TATA3_T5026) on the root of the fat32 formatted SD card. Restart device and hope for a miracle

on the root means directly to a SD card, not putting folders from the archive into some sub-folder on the SD card. It's strange that device doesn't respond to this unlock. Can you connect device with your PC so that you can see the content on the flash disk?

You didnt' answer the question. Again - can you see files on the Mio flash disk? If so, create a backup of the files and folders and upload to google drive and send link. You can exclude maps so you will minimeze the site of the backup.

no one said you were supposed to format something, so much better the Mio internal disk.

Now it will be even harder to help remotely.
