    Hi Janch,

    i've got the same problem, but in my case the pc does not recognize the device. Device management show an error with usb mass storage. I tried to unlock with a sd-card, but this did not help either. Is there a solution?

    Yes there is - buy a new device

    Sometimes it's just that - the device has "died"
    Given the error and the fact that the sd solution doesn't work - I think the memory chip has gone bad
