    In post #3 you find unlocked map for Spain & Portugal.
    On SD Card (no bigger than 16GB) formatted in FAT32, make a new folder that you will rename Garmin.
    Here put the map file, with the name gmapsupp.img and folder JCV with file for JCV - D2504190A.JCV
    The map file gmapsupp.img we need be unlocked.

    SD Card:\Garmin\gmapsupp.img
    SD Card:\Garmin\JCV\D2504190A.JCV

    Thank you for your help.
    I installed the CN EU NT 2016.10 map and JCV file as you told me.
    The map is working well but I notice some strange route calculations.
    For example, in Portugal, to calculate a route that goes from the North to the South of Portugal, the shortest route which gives are 1080Km. The GPS tells me to make this journey through Spain, and I know the optimal route is about 650km by Portugal.
    Whether you choose the fastest route or the shortest route, it happens.
    The problem is on the map or on the GPS Kenwood?
    Is there any way to uninstall all of the GPS memory files and replace the correct files? If so, where can I get the correct files?

    In the radio memory has the following files:
    * Folder POI
    * Folder Voice
    * Bmap_amr File
    * Bmap_atl File
    * Bmap_pac File
    * Fs_image.ver
    * Gmapprom file

    Thanks for the help that you can give me.
    Best regards
