usa_style_speedlimit represents a list of country codes which are separated by a comma
the possible elements are the values by country or empty string, but not value 0
otherwise its definition would be
sc_GetSysEntry("content_dependent_countrycode", "usa_style_speedlimit", 0)

Friends, unfortunately, none of the proposed entries in sys allows you to see speedcams on the map, speedcam.spdb is formed...Spoiler: Lockito:
I was looking through the file extensions in the FEUR and NA content, and found an extension in North America that is not available in Europe .gap, maybe this is speedcam for NA, .gap needs to be decrypted and create a new UX speedcam_NA.zip is needed to display them on the map?![]()

In short, without .gap files are all cameras registered in speedcamsUSA.txt are visible on the map, so there are two options: or without .gap, or decode and make cameras in .gapSpoiler: Without .gap

this could very well be due to a restriction imposed in the program specifically for certain regions of the world (for mysterious geopolitical or commercial reasons)In Europe maps no .gap file and all works with texts, why must gaps be necessary for US maps?
this can come from a mechanism for excluding .txt to privilege .gap fileswithout .gap files are all cameras registered in speedcamsUSA.txt.txt are visible on the map
as long as equivalents for European countries are not available, it is not possible to assert anything with certainty on the coexistence of the two formats
Also I bet that why I was seeing redlight cameras in Toledo Ohio without any speedcam.txt or any speed cam file in my system. They must of been in the .gap files already.
Im sorry I should of edit my previous post and included it there instead of creating another post.i tried to delete it but couldn’t.
i want to thank again to all those who have helped solve an issue i was having with usa speedcam.txt and alert points. i can confirm it is fully working, all my speedcam show up they alert me when i drive passed them and i can add custom alerts to my map by touching the screen and adding an alert. i wouldn’t of thought removing a map file would of fixed this but it did. my weather stopped working around the same time i hope it’s not because of this. i will further check into it now that this is solved.
hi does anyone have thee speedcam file in post #29? also can you post a complete list of speedcam warning both new and old? im trying to add low bridges now and i think the code is 28 for the txt file. also can you have a mixture of codes from old and new?
There is no "original" list of Speedcams, NNG uses "its" categories found in the spc files, the other categories derive from "interpretations" of the Skinners, in fact they vary over time and depending on the countries that have databases if adapt to their needs.
OSC is not the gospel of iGO Speedcam, you can take it as a reference and the TYPEs can be changed easily, do not be under any illusions, when it has a well-stocked database it will go the way of POI Plaza, it will become paid.....
You are using Garigor's Skin, you can safely use category 28 for your database of low bridges without having to change icons.im trying to add low bridges now and i think the code is 28 for the txt file.
P.S. it seems that the gap files, (which don't make txt work), have a very similar structure to spc, (with which txt files work), can you try to rename the gap file to spc and see if it works?
