@Brucie
1 here is a difference in the original speedcam.zip - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2 All mods have different icons
3 for the wal24 skin. I haven't made a mod for the latest skin updates yet.
(Reason: It's difficult to update the files after each skin update.)
4 you can have two programs, one with a truck configuration and NC coding.
In the other, for example Luna, since it is more suitable for passenger cars and have a set with VB coding.
I'll add it for information.

iTruck 4w or 5w
Works with any skin or without one, as it includes the first five notification types. As you know, the first five types can be used in any iGO / Primo / NextGen.
The exception is EUR+ encoding and specific encodings where the first five codes are non-standard.

Good morning, I am from Spain and I use in my navigator Igo Primo the radars from 'laradiobbs' and in the rest of Europe the iTruk coding. I also use the Euro+ coding from the website 'Lufop' for the countries of France and the Netherlands. Is this correct, or is it better to use only iTruk?
I use a truck for international shipping
It's all a bit complicated. Let me answer this without sounding like a truck driver.
- 'laradiobbs' - is the speed limit for passenger cars.
- Euro+ coding from the website 'Lufop' - is the speed limit for passenger cars, Euro+ this is when 100 Euro + 100 Euro = 200 Euro, and the encoding is called EUR+.
EUR+ requires a special UX encoding - plugin speedcam_mod_EUR+.zip.

iTruсk coding - speed for trucks.

Dear friend, trust Andrey's AF information, his commitment to us truck drivers and his leading expert in radar speed for heavy vehicles. Thank you AF.![]()

Autonomous radars in France in 2025 can remain in one position for anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
The maximum time they can remain in one location is usually limited by two factors:
Battery charge: Radars operate completely autonomously and require battery replacement on average every 5-7 days. They are often moved or replaced during battery maintenance.
Duration of operation or monitoring programs: These devices are designed for operational monitoring in hazardous areas (during roadworks, temporary restrictions). As soon as the need for monitoring a specific meter of road disappears, or the radar is scheduled to change position within a "protected route" (itineraires securises), it is moved to a new location.
Specifics of operation in 2025:
They are often moved within a single "control zone" (a section of road tens of kilometers long) to prevent drivers from becoming accustomed to their exact location.
Certified to measure speed in both directions simultaneously over distances of up to 30–100 meters.
Highly portable—the radar is built into a trailer and can be moved to a new location in less than 30 minutes.
In 2025, the fleet of autonomous radars (also known as "construction site radars" or radars chantiers) in France will increase significantly:
Current Number: As of late 2024 - early 2025, approximately 400-500 units of this type are in operation.
Plans for 2025: The government plans to increase the total number to 550 active cabins by the end of 2025. Some sources indicate a long-term goal of doubling the fleet.
General Context: These devices are part of the total fleet of automatic inspection systems in France, which in 2025 totals approximately 4,160-4,750 devices of all types (fixed, mobile, autonomous, etc.).
Why their number matters:
Autonomous radars are considered among the most effective and "threatening" for drivers, as they move regularly, operate in both directions, and are often installed in areas with temporary speed limits where drivers are less vigilant. While the overall number of fixed posts remains stable, authorities are emphasizing the mobility and modern equipment of autonomous and tower-mounted radars.

Very short base monitoring. The result was 73 radars that cannot be notified to iGO users. The radar azimuth does not correspond to the road direction.

Yes, it's the wheels that classify this type as mobile. The stationary type is in the SCDB, but they don't have a choice since they removed the 5 code for iGO users. POI base -5 code. I'm more concerned about the selection of speedcam.txt files, as these trailers are classified differently. I believe that the 5 code is more appropriate for this type, and it will be included in the OSC - Mod AF database in the next release.
