    @Andrey Form

    So, if you know that this thread is about virtual alerts with no real spcams between the start point and the end, why are you "fixing" and shifting to X "plots"?

    @kwbs
    Usually the sections of the average speed control have one speed value and not several, In the end, how to control the driver one speed then another, that's the division of sections by speed. But your version is also good, the only question is how the finish camera will calculate the average. And it is not possible to put in the OSM database, as many starts as there should be a finish.

    Well, I don't care that it can not be put in the OSM database (or PocketGPSWorld for example).

    This is not an idea or direction that leads to something formal with responsibility and guarantee.

    This experiment is not intended to be published in there.

    It's kind of DIY and deciding if you want to virtualize it yourself.

    Over all, it is a workable idea (which according to its special circumstances), behaves beautifully and can be carried out w/o any question by anyone, and that does not depend on any database or Form.
