I also have a Honda Civic. Do you have Android Auto in your Honda? Do you have an Android phone that comes with "Maps" or you can download "Waze" and have downloaded Android Auto? Just connect via the charging cable and the GPS map will appear on the display. Probably depends upon the year of your Civic though. I meant the Honda Civic version of primo. I don’t own a Honda Civic, or a car with any kind of CarPlay.
