Because my Joying had iGO Primo installed, NextGen is much newer and better.

Download from the link in post #3 OP #1
You will have " Universal unisex TTS.zip " downloaded.
Unzip " Universal unisex TTS.zip "
From the files "copy " French_universal_unisex_andTTS-Boki_Srb_v.1.zip " file ( don't unzip this one ) in iGO/content/voice
Be sure you have a TTS application installed in Android system settings and select it.
Shouls work.
