After several errors I had to start again from:

Brand = "Pioneer_nextgen"
Timestamp = "1487786981"

The lang and voice files have been and will be updated to the Skin Pongo and Vocalizer2
Briefly when I have availability I will update for skin arimi

Note- After updating the file global_cfg_xxx.zip where it had some [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Now everything got better, but:

With these lines in dictionary.voice

Duration zone% s = "Zona de duração% s" - (Speech)
Angle% s = "Ângulo% s" - (Does not speak)

New update & correction of some lines
