    Spoiler: How to do:

    1- Download and place the folder VocalizerEx on the memory card.
    2- SD/VocalizerEx
    3- Install the vocalizer_e.tts_1.0x.xx.apk.
    4- Set the motor (engine) voice of your android for VocalizerEx TTS:
    5- Settings / Language & Keyboard / Text Output for voice / TTS VocalizerEx

    download:
    Joana pt_PT - português (Portugal) Premium High (386.6MB)
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    name file:
    vocalizer-voice-joana-Premium High.nvda-addon

    rename the file to:
    vocalizer-voice-joana-Premium High.zip

    and places the folder that having extracted with PTP name to:
    VocalizerEx\languages\ptp
