Latest iGO SCDB World updated

Dear Korabi, I am confused.
On some sites "World speedcams" that are posted only include USA, Canada, Australia, not Europe included.
in your upload, what countries/continents exactly does "World" mean?

Edit: and when "World" includes Europe (Is the file not too big for Primo?) is it not better to have only Europe on GPS?
