Thanks a lot for your notice, and maybe users from Poland can use what you give here.

But as I remember Andreij from Poland have made the translation in the dictionary.voice lua file inside the voice .zip file.
The lang of Polish that I give in my links come from iGO, so if this is the problem then surely the users from Poland can use the lang you give,
but in this case small modification needed in order Loquendo 7 to announce correctly the word " Kilometers".
I don't know if the lang you gave has this small but critical modification.

The .apk are free, they are compatible only with Samsung Devices (and not all at the moment!!!)
These free .apk have developed by Samsung and for now are Compatible with the following devices:
Galaxy Note 3
Galaxy Express 2
Galaxy Note 10.1

I haven't tested yet, but if anyone has one of these devices can test and tell us how it would like....

I downloaded the application on my Galaxy s3 via samsung hub. The name of application is Samsung TTS HD and it worked. Galaxy s4 already has the application installed and you have to download the voices only.
And great news is it is working with igo lua voice file. (The one that we copied under igo\content\voices)
The voice is more clear than loquendo.
I removed loquendo since i got a better TTS app.

Thanks zervdim, my bro. I would suggest to add this info to the first page and samsung galaxy users no more will look for a third party TTS apk.
