The original color for the background if overspeed in this .svg is #E50000
I changed it to - FF0000
If you don't like it, give me the specific color code and I'll change.
The speed color is changed by the file color.css for the_bright, the_color and the_dark in the skin by Pongo in my case!
The line is: map_overspeed_color:#FEF5C6;
You should change it like this: map_overspeed_color:#FFFFF;
With the changed .svg and color for the overspeed is visualized like this:

That's the two .svg which you need to replace in the skin, in the_bright / nodpi and the_dark / nodpi in skin by Pongo.
With other skins I don't know where these should be placed this .svg.
