TMC off line uses the FM\RDS system.
In many European Countries there are FM stations that radiate the TMC free service.
For example, for Italy there are 3 national FM radio stations that radiate TMC free, but they have a bad RDS\TMC signal reception, so it is difficult to pick up.
I therefore use an Italian FM\RDS\TMC radio station which offers TMC information, but for a fee.

I have license for NextGen for this station, so with my hardware I have a very strong FM\RDS\TMC signal and very good infos.

I think that in Spain there is also TMC, but I do not know whether free or paid.
