I made a function copy_folder identical for backup and restoration.
Introduced a new function that compares two folders, source and target.
This function check if the files from source folder exist in destination folder, and their size in case of errors in writing.
Introduced translation by modifying the file restore.ini.
Currently only EN and RO.
