A very good utility for merging speedcam.txt. Easy to use, accurate saving of all original data. Suitable for speedcam.txt and PocketGis.txt.
Suitable for combining separate files by country, we group one file with the necessary countries for known radar bases (SCDB, POIbase, OSC)
