Google Maps, as all Google applications are updated latently (it may not be correctly updated), try, remove updates for Google Maps, reboot the device, check, if everything is fine, then through Google Play manually update Google Maps and check on the current version...

There was a period when the STN app caused problems after an Android system update; that was quite a while ago... Since I rarely need to share POIs/coordinates, I stuck with M2g.app and never tested/used STN again.
