We do not make globalcfg, it is obtained from NNG. Not distributed publicly, comes with certain software releases. List of changes - does not exist.
If there are errors, and you know what they are, you can correct them yourself, there are guidelines on how to do it in several posts in this topic (#2, #10 ...)

When you do it, take care to preserve the structure of the zip file. And that has been written many times here how to do it properly

The model of the device does not matter. Neither the iGO edition nor the platform is important.
You just need to be sure that Dacia uses iGO, and that you can access the device's memory (or card) safely.
