1. Didn't have time and all tools for detail check (I was at work)
2. No, it's not. Need proper licenses. For example Kia&Honda works with one license (any, but really any one and only one) to work with all content. This exe see only fbl, not other files without their licenses.

P.S. There are some dll's. schemes and more files in device which I have not found so far in any package, but I can not upload them (understandable).
