@essexgezza ... with a first look you need to change some options on your sys:

[android]
fullscreen=1

[interface]
;vga=1

[rawdisplay]
;highres=1

then install "screen size" to find real resolution for iGO.... run the app and see your resolution (portrait + landscape) with option full screen...
and modify your sys as following:

[rawdisplay]
force_renderer="RENDER_MOYA"
driver="engine"
;screen_xy="auto"
screen_x=1280
screen_y=xxx
screen_x2=720
screen_y2=xxxx
screen_xy="1024_768:1280x..../720x....:fullscreen"

replace "xxx" and "...." with results from app....delete save folder and try.....
