Thread: Everything in threes is perfect (IntMem, SD card, All Android) iGO 9.6.29.596752 based

Hi Wojpen.
I have a Huawei G750 U10 working on Android 4.2.2 and i've catched all items from your 1st post of this thread including of course sys.txt file in there.

The problem is that screen becomes black, but program is working on background, because touching screen there's sound beeps from touch. Even i could not complete initial Igo settings, because after to choose language became black.

Sometimes i can recover image if i recall igo again, but nevertheless on navigation way (seted up an address) becomes black screen.

What can be done to solve this issue? Any idea?

Install ScreenSpecs apk ( free in PlayStore) and run.
Check here screen (vertical and horizontal) with this program.

Phone is Huawei G750-U10 non-rooted. Screnn size 5,5", resolution 1280 x 720.

Instalation was tested in 2 places and both worked in same way, incredibily recognised maps in both SD placed files but didn't work as explained, and places are:

SD Card => "/Android/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march24.javaclient/files/iGO"
SD Card => "/iGO"

About sys.txt, was used the one along the download made and that is on your original post.

About the ScreenSpecs apk you are saying to install, will this solve any problem with the phone related with this behaviour?

I got so far 2 problems with the different Igo programs i've used. One is what i explained with this versions, althought other version also present the same problem and on older versions it works but i got no voice on it and with this case with no voice, i don't have black screen and it works visually OK, but with no sound at all.

Any more clews to solve this problem??
