Interesting, Nexus 7 is not low end device. There is definitely something wrong if it couldn't handle Primo+skin.

Maybe I'm very demanding, but I don't like when the software runs slow, the menus does not go smoothly, etc., but iGO in my tablet does not go smoothly.
