Running iGO Primo as presented in this thread after installing on my FullAndroid watch (screen resolution 240 x 221), resulted in a complaint about a missing global_cfg.zip file. But after installing that file in iGO\content\global_cfg\, it worked well.
By the way, iGO Primo Nextgen (I used NextGen for older Androids) runs also fine on my watch.
