There is no exists true 2016 version.
This is standard Primo, version 2.4, 9.6.13.405512 which is only "branded" to Ferrari
It mean somebody modify branding.zip and/or data.zip, added skins, and similar cosmetic, nothing else.
If you want really clean, stable and fast package, than use standard version, it is posted on forum, aka Honda Civic Reborn.
Your wish is what you will use.
Maybe somebody else can post it if he saved it.
You can put that line anywhere in sys, it does not matter.
And, P.S., Caty is unfortunately absent from forum for an indefinite period
