That was first thing I tried, but unfortunately that trick didn't work. I swapped ini file and also sys but no result. No sound at all. That's why I'm quite certain that this issue must be solved trough original data.zip and crack*ed .exe file.

Just replacing the EXE will not return the expected results because the Clarion executable looks for "clarion_foryou.ini".
In the "data.zip" so you need to rename the "igo9.ini" into "clarion_foryou.ini" then it will work but the sinks in the UX folder that will be loaded will get messed up.
If you don't mind using the clarion skin just delete everything in the UX folder and copy there clarion_foryou.zip
