Select "ruan" and it's ok

Weather-iGo-PC-v2.exe
When I run "Weather-iGo-PC-v2.exe" appear the message "Root element is missing.".
The application generates "meteo.ini" file for the folder "..\themechanger\".
Can someone help me?

You have to change of API AccuWeather provider. Select ruan.
