I'm sorry for the fact that the link is dead.
You have 2 choices:
Or write PM to the author of that post (ozut) with a request to reupload link, or
go to the topic -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - have given complete (no maps) version that your NOTE 4 or handle.
And by the way - if you ask a question and someone inserts a link, and you do not react quickly enough - unfortunately, it can happen that the links are no longer active (robots spy work all the time, unfortunately).
