Extremely useful for converting txt to spud for Speedcam contained in the path:
iGO \ content \ speedcam

First of all thanx but i can not use this .exe with windows 8.1

Works fine on Windows 8.1 x64

Look at first file after src_codes directory on your screen theres a solution...

Not working, downloaded and but the file in the spudtxt17 directory not working.
Put the file in spudtxt17/src_codes not working
Put the file in system32 not working.

Find and download COMDLG32.OCX on web, and put it in c:\Windows\SysWOW64
then run comand prompt as administrator, and type
"cd \windows\syswow64
regsvr32.exe COMDLG32.OCX"
