i have nexus 4,and it work with lollipop. i install israel version,and you have also art test version for 4.4.4 art. try to delete all igo stuff from phone(igo folder,apk,device.nng...) and start from begining. maybe you dont have proper content folder. try to download some from here, from posts of brown dog. then do a clean install.
