Could you please tell me:
1. What is the difference between "iGO_Turkey_9.6.29.431282_sys_not_changed.rar " and "iGO_Turkey_9.6.29.431282_sys_changed.rar " ?........ie. sys changed/not changed......which should i use when?
2. Does this version work with TMC?

sys not changed will not create a sys.txt and therefore not replace your existing one if you have. sys changed will create a sys.txt with the minimal values.

About your second question, i don't know as i am not using TMC
