Make sure that your path is correct. This is English but it can be changed to your language after editing some files. If you download it, I'm sure you know how. You may also need to edit the sys.txt. Should work fine on WinCE5 and 6.
It now has TTS [US and UK], natural voices [US, UK and Australian]. The lex file is now in English which can be easily modified instead of the computerese which confused everyone.
