I tried and it works. Here is code I use:

nextstreet_mode=2; (0)=disable, 1=visual, 2=visual+voice
nextstreet_prefix=""; "Approaching: " ("Next St: ")
nextstreet_unknown="Next St: unknown"; ("")

However, it is not perfect. It took top whole band to show the info other than over map. It only work for iGO Basarsoft 9.18.27.627562 26 Jan. 2016 without skin. When setting up route, the next crossing street name will be shown in the same location as next street name. So the message can't be read.
