I am not aware of any skin for Primo that looks like NextGen. The "cleanest" skin for Primo is, in my opinion, the Decent skin. Keeps the cockpit view nice and clean while still adding some cool features. But it doesn't look like NextGen! :-)

But I agree - the licenses for NextGen are a PITA. We still don't have all functionality enabled with NextGen due to missing licenses (Address Points, etc). I just stick with Primo (I actually prefer the interface anyway).
