1) For the first problem i uploaded photo in the post #12 here...Maybe you could read very carefully these posts how you can replace the files to every skin..

2) For changing distance you should not have put distances for the cameras in your sys.
3) It is again a sys problem (So please read and learn the sys commands.

For the third problem ...Ofcourse exist problem but it is rom problem for the phones and the problem is for all skins and ofcourse for Dimka skin...
The problem solved finally for all cases if you go to settings/sound and warnings/TTS Pro and put off the "Read Out System Messages" .
