Download from Android Market free program ScreenSpec and take a screenshot vertically and horizontally.
Show here's the screen and your sys.txt,

Which one should I use:

1920x1080 -> 960_540
1080x1920 -> 540_960

1080x1744 -> 540_872
1816x1008 -> 908_504

?

I tried all of the combinations with the above. No dice
