I experimented with and without folder ux and ui_android and no results.
Without any skin works OK.
I continue to find solution for this!

After remove or rename the ux and ui_android folders you should delete and the save folder...

I had similar symptoms today as in you.
No one else as you can see this is not reported - so I set myself for solving the problem.
Be who you are and where apk installed ?, and which data.zip file?
