that's true, altough skins provide some useful information, they cover and block the map area on the screen. I prefer using ux utilities instead

I partly agree with you. When I use ux, it gives me only what I need and what I want. No or slight change in the original menu. If I apply a skin, it gives me too detailed information which I rarely need. When I drive, I do not like focusing on gps device too much because I cannot concentrate on traffic. I usually listen to the device, rather than reading the numbers or signs. But having an animated policemen icon may mean a lot for another person I am not against the skins but I could not find a simple one that fits my needs. That's why I select the option "none of above"
